Connected to Linen, and the rest of the mailbox
The installers in 0.1.0 were built without their production settings, so the app looked for Linen's servers on your own computer. Signing in, AI actions, the credential vault, and syncing your screening decisions could not work. This release is built against linen.email, and the build now refuses to publish if that ever happens again.
Fixed
- Signing in, AI actions, and the credential vault reach Linen's servers.
- Screening decisions made on one device now arrive on your others. 0.1.0 sent them and never read them back. Taking a decision back removes it everywhere.
Added
- Bulk unsubscribe: senders grouped by volume, one-click where the sender supports it, and a sender you leave is screened out while the list catches up.
- Rules you can read back, in an order you control, evaluated on your device.
- Send later, with presets that never offer a time that has already passed.
- The whole mailbox: older mail now loads past the first sync window.
- Meeting invitations in the reader with Accept, Maybe, and Decline, and an agenda of what is coming up.
- Snippets: saved text for the composer that follows you between devices.
- Common mail providers are recognised from the address, so IMAP setup rarely needs a hostname.
Notes
- Gmail and Outlook connect by signing in with Google or Microsoft, and that is still switched off while those sign-ins are approved. iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail, and other IMAP accounts work today.
- The installers are not code-signed yet, so Windows and macOS ask once before opening them.
